So this guy, Las Vegas District Court Judge Donald Mosley, is a fucking straight up badass.
He has finally made it clear to Nevada that patients cannot currently obtain medicine legally. Basically, the law in Nevada right now - in particular Las Vegas, allows patients to get a medical marijuana card, but it is illegal to buy/sell/trade any medicine! So basically you have to grow your own...and obviously not everyone has a green thumb.
I am really hoping this guy gets heard and Nevada can get their shit straight! Patients needs to be able to get their medicine, LEGALLY! That's all for now. Kthxbye :)
If once a patient becomes certified to participate in the nevada medical marijuana program they will have the decision to either cultivate or to obtain their medicine at a dispensary.
